Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to retired nuclear and federal workers, managing specialized needs like IV therapy, wound care, and diabetes management. Monitor patient progress, educate families on disease processes and home care procedures, and transport patients to medical appointments or grocery stores. Perform nursing procedures per agency policy, maintain accurate daily clinical documentation, and coordinate care under RN Case Manager direction. Travel to various patient homes while adhering to infection control and HIPAA regulations.
