Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Perform physical exams, administer medications, and provide patient education while responding to emergent conditions. Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare staff, ensuring assignments align with scope of practice and skill level. Assess patient needs telephonically and perform in-person evaluations to determine optimal management and follow-up care. Prescribe and communicate treatment plans in accordance with established protocols while maintaining a safe work environment aligned with regulatory agencies and infection control policies. Onsite, full-time Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. $45.11 per hour + H&W.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (ADN) or Baccalaureate degree (BSN) accredited program in nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/ALS)
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Full-time experience of at least 24 months within the last 60 months in an Adult Primary Care Outpatient clinic setting
- U.S. Citizenship
