Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for ambulatory patients in the Roy and Layton clinics as a licensed RN. Provide coordination of care with the health team, triage as needed, and apply established standing orders and protocols. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to develop individualized care plans, document care accurately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requires active RN licensure, BLS, and any required certifications (ACLS/PALS) with a focus on high-acuity or specialty populations as outlined by the role.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License in state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
