Registered Nurse Facility Float Pool

Facility Float Pool RN providing nursing care across HealthONE hospitals and units in the Denver area. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient response, and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Supports regulatory compliance, infection prevention, codes/emergency response, discharge planning, and patient education. Collaborates with physicians, AP providers, case management, and ancillary staff; fosters a positive learning environment and supports staff training. Role requires flexibility to float across medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, and specialty units, delivering high-quality care and maintaining patient safety in a 24/7 setting.
