Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care; administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor changes in resident condition; supervise and support Nursing Assistants; collaborate with RN Supervisors to ensure quality care outcomes. Bethesda is a Minnesota-based, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility offering 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shifts with full-time and part-time opportunities, and shift differentials. Requires an active MN RN license and enables growth in clinical and leadership skills within a supportive, mission-driven environment.
