Job Summary
Assist with day-to-day nursing activities and ensure highest quality care for residents in a long-term care setting. Complete all applicable resident assessments, perform wound care, and monitor residents for changes in condition. Act as a floor leader by assessing and directing situations as needed, while reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting. Timely communication with physicians, families, and others regarding significant changes in resident condition is required. A two-year nursing degree (four-year preferred) and current Wisconsin license are needed. 13-week contract, 5x8 evening shifts, $1795-$2163 pay.
