Registered Nurse

Provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families by developing relationships using a consistent caregiver approach. Perform clinical duties including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention practices, and performing routine nursing care. Monitor resident clinical conditions to identify status changes, establish care goals, and teach self-care skills. Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care while ensuring documentation is current and accurate. Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager. Work full-time from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Requires a minimum of six months RN experience, an active Florida license, CPR certification, and Level 2 background screening completion.
