Registered Nurse - ER (Sharjah)

ER Registered Nurse responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care under indirect supervision of senior nursing staff; comply with UAE Code of Conduct, Scope of Practice, and licensure; delegate tasks only to trained and competent team members; assist in updating clinical policies and guidelines and support professional development of colleagues; manage licensure, maintain patient confidentiality, and seek senior nursing support as needed; utilize Early Warning System escalation and American Heart Association emergency algorithms to manage deteriorating patients.
