Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department, assessing pain regularly and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. Document administration of care thoroughly, respond promptly to patient requests, and proactively anticipate needs. Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, lifestyle changes, and follow-up measures to support self-management. Advocate for patients and families while collaborating with the care team to improve clinical outcomes. Obtain required certifications including Pediatric Cour, NIH Stroke Scale, and Trauma Nursing Core Course within specified timelines post-hiring.
