Job Summary
Registered Nurse ER delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include assessing pain, performing procedures and treatments as ordered, documenting care in the medical record, responding promptly to patient needs, and educating patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures. The RN applies established nursing models, advocates for patients, and supports the organization’s mission to optimize clinical outcomes across the department.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- RN license valid in state of Missouri or compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS possibly required within 90- days or as specified by department
