Job Summary
Coordinate and administer nursing care to patients in a physician office or clinic setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Bridge episodic care within long-term outpatient relationships while facilitating patient follow-through and compliance. Administer immunizations and medications safely according to policy, and skillfully triage patient needs via phone to appropriate levels of intervention. Facilitate completion of diagnostic testing and provide teaching to patients, families, and significant others. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing, current BLS/CPR certification, and licensure to practice in Wisconsin or Illinois. Salary range $28.25-$43.00/hr with PM/Night shift differentials available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree: Nursing
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois based on job location assignment
- The ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language
