Job Summary
Conduct direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge in the endoscopy unit. Review and document care provided, outcomes, and evaluations while applying evidence-based practices to bedside caregiving. Prioritize care based on changing patient assessment and needs. Occasional on-call shifts, late workdays, and holiday coverage may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire
- Occasional on-call shifts
- Late workdays
- Holiday coverage
