Registered Nurse Endoscopy

Registered Nurse Endoscopy at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care for endoscopy patients, including patient evaluation prior to surgery, IV therapy and preoperative medications administration, surgical site verification, and participation in universal protocols. Educate patients and families about procedures, treatment, and follow-up, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of providers, surgeons, and surgical staff to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow. Maintain documentation of patient condition and care, apply the nursing process, and respond to emergencies. On-call is required during select non-business hours. Requirements include an active NH RN license (and compact license), Associate Degree in Nursing, 2 years of related experience, ACLS within 90 days, and BLS.
