Job Summary
Assess patient needs, execute physician orders, and implement care plans while monitoring and documenting changes in condition. Act as the primary coordinator across healthcare disciplines to deliver seamless, holistic patient care and facilitate efficient discharge planning with the full care team. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State'
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
