Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff, support complex patient needs and inquiries, and celebrate patient milestones. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with patients and families, applying specialized nursing skills to deliver top-tier, personalized support, and contributing to a high-quality healing environment using available technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
