Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care at Encompass Health as part of an inpatient rehabilitation team. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated, direct patient care when needed and serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate rehab goals and celebrate patient milestones, using cutting-edge technology to enhance care. Weekend option and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts are available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
