Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support patients' recovery. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed, while serving as a resource for fellow staff handling complex patient needs. The role encompasses both 16-week short-term contract RN positions and full-time RN opportunities, with a pathway for transitioning from contract to full-time, and offers a sign-on bonus for full-time roles. You will engage in rehabilitation-focused nursing within an inpatient setting, applying specialized skills to help patients achieve recovery milestones and maintain compassionate, individualized care for patients and families.
