Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate RN care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting patients and families. Emphasizes understanding patients’ unique needs and leveraging technology to aid rehabilitation goals. Requires valid RN licensure; CPR certification required; ACLS and CRRN preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
