Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments for patients, lead patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate rehabilitation in an inpatient setting. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support team efforts to achieve positive patient outcomes while leveraging advanced technology. Minimum engagement includes one year of rehab-hospital experience preferred and active RN licensure per state regulations; CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and CRRN preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
