Job Summary
Provide supervised, individualized nursing care for rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting. Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Deliver direct patient care as needed, act as a resource for fellow staff, support family understanding of the recovery process, and contribute to ongoing patient outcomes in a technology-enabled rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
