Job Summary
Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and support fellow staff in addressing complex patient needs and inquiries to facilitate recovery and positive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
