Job Summary
Registered Nurse role on a facility offering short-term contract (8 weeks) and full-time positions. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Work schedule includes every 3rd weekend for full-time staff with 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. Requires active RN licensure and CPR; CRRN preferred. Benefits start day one (medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), HSA/FSA). Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred. Location: Ephrata, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensures appropriate to state regulations required.
- CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can assist you to obtain it!).
- One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
