Job Summary
Lead patient assessments, supervise care, tailor and implement rehabilitation care plans, and collaborate with departments to provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, address patient concerns, and support staff with complex patient needs. Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and utilizing specialized skills to facilitate patient recovery. Preferred credentials include ACLS, CRRN, and RN licensure; one year of rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred. Ga llipolis, OH RN role with sign-on bonus for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
