Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse needed for inpatient rehabilitation at Encompass Health. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and serve as a resource for fellow staff while engaging with patients and their families to facilitate healing. Requires an active RN licensure and CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN are preferred. Prior rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred. Full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
