Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support patient recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support rehabilitation goals. The role requires a valid RN license; CPR is required with ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred. At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
