Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff facing complex patient needs, and support ongoing recovery milestones. Utilize nursing expertise and evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation goals; maintain CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with opportunities for professional growth and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
