Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting rehabilitation goals and use of technology to enhance patient outcomes. Includes opportunities for tuition reimbursement and ongoing education; benefits include medical/dental/vision plans, PTO, and 401(k) options. Applicable licensure: RN; CPR certification; ACLS/CRRN preferred.
