Job Summary
Registered Nurse role focused on supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support them with complex patient needs. Responsibilities span building meaningful relationships with patients and families, tracking milestones of patient recovery, and contributing to a high standard of post-acute rehabilitation care. Qualifications include valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and preferred experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
