Job Summary
Registered Nurse for inpatient rehabilitation at Encompass Health. Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, direct patient care and support fellow staff with complex needs. Requires RN licensure; CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and CRRN preferred; one year of rehab-hospital experience preferred. Location: Oakland, TN. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and 401(k) options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
