Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, support them with complex patient needs, and engage patients and families in the recovery process. Focus on rehabilitation goals and leveraging available technologies to support patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
