Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health focused on delivering individualized, compassionate care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, tailor care plans to facilitate recovery, and address patient concerns. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed. Serve as a resource for staff supporting complex patient needs and celebrate patient milestones. Qualifications include an active RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN preferred; one year of rehab-hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
