Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for staff. Requires RN licensure; CPR certification required; CRRN certification and 1 year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred. Strong communication, patient-focused care, and teamwork in a technologically-equipped environment.
