Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health (inpatient rehabilitation). Create and supervise care plans, lead patient assessments, address patient concerns, and provide direct, individualized nursing care to promote recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and support fellow staff with complex patient needs.
