Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs. Celebrate milestones achieved by patients. Full-time night shift available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; weekend plus one option also available. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
