Registered Nurse

Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address individual concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients while providing direct patient care when needed. This role requires a valid RN license, with CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and CRRN certification also preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
