Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments for patients, lead patient assessments, tailor individualized rehabilitation care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional inpatient nursing care in a rehabilitation hospital setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand their unique needs to facilitate recovery, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff in handling complex patient needs and inquiries. Demonstrate nursing expertise to support patient milestones and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
