Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns to support recovery, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for staff, support complex patient needs, and help families understand care goals while delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing throughout the rehabilitation journey.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
