Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery, collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care, provide direct patient care when needed, and serve as a resource for staff in managing complex patient needs and inquiries. Utilize specialized rehabilitation expertise to guide patients along their path to healing and contribute to the overall recovery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
