Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably ACLS and CRRN; one year of rehab hospital experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
