Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. This short-term assignment offers full-time or part-time day and night shifts with a $10,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
