Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate their recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This full-time or short-term assignment offers a $10,500 sign-on bonus, day or night shift availability, and includes tuition reimbursement, a company-matching 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
