Job Summary
Lead patient assessments and supervise care; tailor care plans and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding unique needs to support rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed; serve as a resource for fellow staff and contribute to positive patient milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
