Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, support fellow staff with complex patient needs, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Partner with patients and families to celebrate milestones and help guide rehabilitation goals, while leveraging a technology-enabled environment and pursuing opportunities for advancement and certification.
