Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a short-term contract role (8 weeks, 36 hours/week) with benefits and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and RN career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
