Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed at Encompass Health in Greensburg, KY to supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor and implement care plans, and collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care for rehabilitation patients. Provide direct patient care as needed, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support fellow staff with complex needs, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation program using advanced technology. Qualifications include a valid RN license per state regulations; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN preferred; and at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. Required Qualifications
