Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while providing direct patient care when needed. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs. This role is within Encompass Health, a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader offering a sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
