Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
