Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while building meaningful relationships with families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries, celebrating milestones achieved by patients. This role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting. Full-time night shifts are available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
