Job Summary
Provide specialized nursing care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff when addressing complex patient needs and inquiries. Strong emphasis on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to support rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
