Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns and facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs, while collaborating effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries, and celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. This role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting. Full-time positions include a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
